We are dedicated to providing every client with a professional, comfortable, and high-quality grooming experience. To ensure the best service for everyone, please review our policies before booking your appointment.


Appointment Policy

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting our shop directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule your appointment.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or may require a deposit for future bookings.


No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or a requirement to prepay for appointments.


Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible.


Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of services.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other available payment methods listed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.


Health & Safety

For the safety of our clients and staff:

  • All tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

  • Clients with contagious illnesses are kindly asked to reschedule their appointments.

  • We maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with industry standards.


Children & Guests

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, we ask that only clients receiving services enter the service area unless special arrangements have been made.

Children must be supervised at all times while on the premises.


Personal Belongings

While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Please keep your valuables with you during your visit.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward our staff or other clients.
